Akshara is a digital learning service. We do not ship a physical product.

After Razorpay confirms a payment, lifetime access is enabled on the Akshara account used for the purchase. There is no delivery fee.

Getting access

Sign in with the same account used at checkout. Access normally appears as soon as the payment is confirmed. If confirmation is still pending, the payment page can check your recent purchase again.

If your bank shows a debit but activities are still locked, write to contactus@neurogati.com with your account email and Razorpay payment or order ID, if available. Please do not pay again while we investigate.
